‘The Bunker’ is the new single from Brighton-based newcomers AtticOmatic. Their sound is rooted in dream-pop, but layers of inspiration from the sonic universe of electronic and contemporary jazz composition lead towards a unique style. This track is tender and gentle, with a laid-back drum groove supporting twinkling keyboards and swirling synths that allow the track to ebb and flow with poise. The dual lead vocals that top the track intertwine effortlessly and melodically. “Today there seems to be more divide between different groups than ever,” they explain on the broad inspiration behind the track’s lyrics.
